PET Scan Today!!!!

Had my PET Scan today....I'll glow in the dark for 24 hours!!!! Joke!!!! Test was OK until the very end...I paniced at the end when my head was completely inside this tunnel for the last time...4 minutes but it seemed like 4 days! Glad that's over...let's hope that was the last one I'll need to have! So we wait once again...I have appointment on Weds with surgeon to have stitches removed and have a scheduled called with Onc on Friday....will hopefully have additional HER2 results then and also be able to have full size of final tumor (they need to add original tumor plus the cancerous tissues removed on the 27th to find final size) thus I will be given the stage! By the sounds of my last discussion with onc office, I just need now to schedule having central port in and also my "new" patient orientation class then I'll be already...still shooting for August 23rd!!!!
