Quick update...I'm up and moving heading to work! Yesterday was a tough day...I was up at around 3:15am checking on system status in Europe, was in the office my 5:15am, but didn't make it past 10:00am! Came home and slept most of the day. Bernie made a good point...I haven't been drinking my water like I did before so I was probably tired and dehydrated. So Caitlin went and bought be some Gatorade and I've been drinking a lot! I got a good night sleep so feel much better!
Oh ya...Patrick finished the NY Marathon in 4:26 min! Congrats Patrick!
