Morning all....Thursday, October 18th...an important day across all fronts!
I have my final dose dense AC cocktail today and the Red Sox are do or die tonight!!! Final treatment of the bi-weekly AC cocktail today @ 9:30am! Once I'm through today, Round #1 of treatment is done! Round #2 will be Taxol treatments weekly for 12 weeks and then what I'll call Round #3 and final round, will be 5 weeks of radiation daily for 5 minutes per day!!! Good thing is they say each round will get easier...current cocktail of AC is suppose to be the hardest and each round forward gets easier on the body! I wish I could have a beer to celebrate the ending of round #1....but that will have to wait! I think I'll I'll be able to celebrate between Round#2 and Round#3...which will be mid January sometime!
Now for the Red Sox...Game 5 tonight at 8:00PM....we have to win!!! Now, as any good catholic must feel...guilt...we did something wrong...so as penance, say the Red Sox prayer (below) 10 times and light a candle! Actually yesterday at work we began a prayer service. We all gathered quickly at 1:00Pm, lite candles and said the below prayer! I'm not in the office today but they will continue again today at 1:00pm. So anyone reading this, at 1:00pm, find a candle, light it and say this prayer!

OK, as any true Red Sox fan knows, make sure you function today just like you did last Friday! Superstitious, but we need to do everything that might help us tonight!!!!!!!
